HOW TO USE
apply toner to a cotton pad and smooth over cleansed face and neck. allow to absorb completely, then follow with moisturizer. use morning and night. suitable for all skin types but formulated especially for oily and blemish-prone skin. for external use only, beauty. use within 12 months of opening.
