What is it? Lip Butter is made with an organic blend of moisturizing botanical extracts to soften and nourish delicate lip skin.

Notes From the Curator: It helps defend against dryness and hydrate chapped lips. It also, strengthens skin to help retain moisture and provides a protective base for lipstick or gloss.

Let’s Get Nerdy: Castor Seed Oil – a skin conditioning agent that helps hold onto moisture.

Beeswax – attracts water molecules to plump lips, then forms a protective barrier to retain moisture and reduce dryness.

Camellia Oil – keeps skin soft, supple, and primed for lipstick. it quickly absorbs, plus it helps reduce damage from aging and dehydration.

Sunflower Seed Oil – high in vitamins a, e, and d. it’s a luscious carrier oil, plus it provides its own nourishing properties.

Vitamin E – moisturizes and helps prevent free radical damage.

Peppermint – contains vitamin a and provides soothing relief to skin.

Anokha was established in 2008 by board-certified plastic surgeon Nina S. Naidu following multiple requests by her patients for clinically effective, non-medical grade skin care based on extensive study of clinical and laboratory research, key botanicals with proven efficacy were selected for incorporation into a curated range of products. Dr. Naidu formulates all products herself, based on years of research and feedback from her many patients. all products are manufactured by hand in small batches to ensure that only actives of the highest quality are used. Their products are clinically validated, with ongoing allergy and sensitivity testing to ensure safety.
HOW TO USE
Apply generously before putting on lipstick or gloss, or as often as needed. use before bed for an intensely hydrating overnight treatment. place it in the refrigerator on warm day for a cooling effect.
