One of my favorite things about curating the Makeup Shop has been the discovery of wonderful new brands. One such brand is Marie Hunter Beauty. Their lipstick finishes are described as velvet, leather and suede and the names are strikingly accurate. Leather really does have the glossiness of fine patent leather, the suedes are matte, yet buttery and the velvets are, well, velvety. Much as I love the lipsticks, my favorite is the lipgloss: delicious, perfectly textured and with the perfect amount of shimmer. And for the lovers of classic, powder blush, there are the pigmented and easily blendable blushes.
